Is there a cost to join the program?
No cost. Joining NEXT is completely free, start earning rewards from your very first online parts order.

I participated in the Market to the MAX program. Am I automatically enrolled?
Yes! If you had a MAX Card or received the Parts & Service magazine, you are already part of the NEXT Customer Program. No need to register again.

When do I qualify for the Welcome Points?
You get 5000 Welcome Points after your first DAF Webshop order.

How do I request a DAF Parts Webshop account?
Go to the DAF Parts Webshop registration page and fill out the form. After clicking the activation link, your dealer will review and confirm your account so you can start shopping and earning NEXT Points.

Do I need to sign up separately if I shop with multiple dealers?
Not if they are part of the same dealer group. For different groups, a one-time signup is needed per dealer group to enjoy benefits at each dealer group.

Do I need a DAF Webshop account to participate?
To earn and redeem NEXT Points, yes. But even without an account, you still receive our Parts & Service Magazine, notifications for DAF Vehicle Upgrades and newsletters.

How do I earn NEXT Points?
Order in the DAF Webshop and automatically earn NEXT Points with every parts purchase. Redeem them for shopping basket discounts or free DAF Merchandise.

Where can I check my points balance?
Log into your DAF Parts Webshop account. Your points balance is shown in your Account dashboard under ‘points and rewards’.

When will my NEXT Points balance be updated?
The points to save are in your shopping basket and added to your balance right after each DAF Parts Webshop order, no action needed.

Is there a maximum number of NEXT Points I can earn?
Yes, there is a yearly limit. You will be notified when you reach the cap.

How is the NEXT Points value calculated?
NEXT Points are based on the final invoice amount after all discounts and promotions.

What can I do with my NEXT Points?
Redeem them for shopping basket discounts or rewards from the DAF Merchandise Store. It is the smart way to get more out of every order.

When do NEXT Points expire?
Your NEXT Points are valid 3 months after running year of points collection You can view any points set to expire in your DAF Webshop account dashboard.

Can I earn NEXT Points on workshop purchases?
No, NEXT Points can only be earned on parts purchased directly through the DAF Parts Webshop.

How do shopping basket vouchers work?
When you have enough NEXT Points, multiple voucher options will be available in the DAF Parts Webshop shopping basket at checkout. To use a voucher, your order total must be at least four times the voucher value. You will still earn NEXT Points on the total amount after the discount is applied.

Do I need a separate activation like with Merchandise Points?
No! NEXT Points are ready to use in your DAF Parts Webshop account. No separate activation needed.

I can no longer login into www.dafshop/loyalty?
That is correct. www.dafshop.com/loyalty was used to support the DAF merchandise Points program. This program stopped with the introduction of NEXT

What happens with the Merchandise points I saved before?
These points have been converted into NEXT Points automatically and can be found in the ‘NEXT points and rewards’ section in your personal account.

Do I need to use the account I used for the Merchandise Points in dafshop/loyalty?
No, not needed. The dafshop.com is a different shop with a different login.

Do I need to create an account in dafshop.com?
This not required, but helpful if you like to review your order history and to store your shipping and billing information.

What are the options to create an account in dafshop.com?
- Use the link you can find in the ‘Merchandise Voucher’ section in your ‘NEXT Point and rewards’ account, you are logged in with your DAF Parts Webshop account.
- Use the Guest account process at the check out in the dafshop.com order process.

Are there shipping costs for DAF Merchandise?
No! No shipping or import costs are calculated for shipping DAF merchandise orders.

One of my orders in the DAF Parts Webshop is on back order. Will I keep the NEXT Points for this item?
You will receive NEXT Points for your order as usual. These will be credited no later than two weeks after your back order has been shipped.

What is the delivery time of items from the DAF Merchandise Store?
All orders placed before 3:00 pm are dispatched on the same day to the address provided. Orders after 3:00 pm will be processed on the next working day. The shipping time varies by country and is between one and five days. Please note that an additional one to ten days may be added to the delivery time for countries that require customs clearance.

An item in my order is defective or damaged. Will I get my NEXT Points back?
Please contact the DAF Merchandise Support team within eight working days; return options will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

How do I return an item from the DAF Merchandise Store?
a. Contact the DAF Merchandise Support team (see details below). You can exchange and return an item within eight working days of receipt of the order.
b. All returned products must be received in their original, unopened packaging, and must be received undamaged and properly packaged for posting. The products must be suitable for resale.
c. Products must be returned together with the original invoice, packing slip and return notice.
d. Repair or replacements costs will be charged if the products are damaged or missing. This can affect the level of reimbursement. -
